How do I place an order online?
Follow the links at the left of the page to search or browse for the product you wish to buy. Once you have decided on your product, click on the "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" button. You can then continue adding items, or click on the "Checkout" button to purchase your items.


What are my payment options?
For online ordering, we currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express through PayPal. It's fast, safe and secure.. You may also pay by check, but your items will not ship until your payment has cleared our bank.


How soon can I expect my order to arrive?
Your order is shipped within 24 hours. When it arrives, depends on your location, but for most US orders
shipping will not take longer than 6 days.


What is your return policy?
All of our products come with a total satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your Soul Surfer Music product simply return the unused portion within 30 days of your order for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

What is your order cancellation policy?
Once an order is received and processed it will be treated in the same manner as the return policy.
